The shared work of a neighborhood, gathered thoughtfully.
Work with neighbors and lots, dues records, board documents, member decisions, property care, budgets, bills, and imported bank-statement activity in one association workspace.
Community tools
- Member access — Manage neighbors and lots, invite verified members, and give owners, board members, and residents role-based access to association records.
- Resident conversations — Members can create, comment on, and edit plain-text discussions. Authors control their posts, while board moderation keeps an audit record.
- Community updates — Keep neighbor email and phone details with association records and use member discussions for shared updates. Physical mailing is not provided.
- Public community pages — Create a public community page with an introduction, contact email, and amenities, then publish or unpublish it without exposing private association records.
- Letter dispatch — Keep mailing preparation details with association work. HOAAdminly does not print, post, or track physical letters.
- Service requests — Residents can submit property requests and follow their status; board members can review, approve, or reject them with a recorded reason.
- Standards & follow-up — Board members can record standards concerns by lot and close the follow-up. The workspace does not impose fines or certify a hearing process.
- Contractor desk — Maintain vendor contacts and bills, move bills through draft, approval, paid-record, and void states, and retain the audit details. Recording paid does not send money.
- Association library — Upload private association files, choose board or resident visibility, and download them through membership-checked links.
- Polls & decisions — Create and publish member ballots, enforce one response per eligible membership, and review choice counts. Results are operational records, not legal election certification.
- Ownership transfer packets — Store and share transfer-related documents in the association library. HOAAdminly does not generate certificates, collect resale fees, or deliver a closing packet.
- Spending plan — Build fiscal-year budgets by category and fund, then compare allocations with actual paid bills and export the report.
- Dues collection — Create lot assessments, track open balances, record check, cash, or bank-reference receipts, and void mistakes with reversing records. Homeowners can pay once by Stripe ACH or authorize recurring ACH autopay for future eligible assessments after association payment onboarding.
- Bank activity — Preview and import a bank-statement CSV, identify duplicates, and match exact eligible receipts or paid bills. This is file reconciliation, not a linked bank or automatic sync.
- Fund ledger — Keep assessments and manual receipts connected to operating or reserve funds, with append-only journal evidence, reversing voids, totals, and CSV reports.
- Bookkeeping review — Export financial and bill records for review. Professional outsourced bookkeeping is not included.
- Launch & assistance — Create an association, add lots and neighbors, invite members, and see the association’s actual 30-day trial end date. Paid platform subscription checkout is not available.
- Access & protection — Use verified sign-in, association-scoped membership checks, and owner, board, or resident permissions. Owners control member roles and the last owner cannot be removed.
- Connected services — Download and import bounded CSV records where offered. HOAAdminly does not provide automatic bank sync or imply that an imported statement is a connected account.
